If you need to change the delivery address and we have not yet fulfilled the order, please email us at info@letsdrinktothatgame.co.uk to inform us of the changes.If your order has been shipped and you have received a shipping confirmation email, your address can no longer be changed, as the product and shipping cost has already been accounted for.
We are happy to accept any returns and or exchanges given that the game is still in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, to begin a return / exchange we ask you to email us at info@letsdrinktothatgame.co.uk with your name, order number and reason if applicable. We are not liable for the cost of return postage and upon starting the return will provide an address to send this back to.
We aim to post all orders within 2-4 working days with a further 2 days for delivery within the UK and up to 10 working days for international parcels. During busy times and promotions the processing time can increase to up to 5 days and the customer will be notified via email.
Technically no - BUT we are primarily a drinking card game. We suggest alternatives to taking a 'drink' to instead maybe something unpleasant such as lemon juice or hot sauce HOWEVER! our games are designed for the tipsy in mind :) - We would suggest 'We are not really strangers' if you're looking for a good alternative
